Get found by schools looking for the families you already serve.
International schools use RecruitEarth to find education agents, immigration advisers and family-relocation firms. Your profile shows the source markets, languages, services and family focus you actually work with, so the right schools understand when a partnership makes sense.
Free for partners. Permanently, not a trial.
You are probably already listed. Here is why, and what you can do about it.
RecruitEarth compiled 3,585 organisations across Canada and the United States from public sources — government registers where the terms allow it, and firms' own published websites. We did not ask first, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What we publish is what a school could find themselves, gathered in one place with its source and check date attached. What you can do is correct it, add to it, or have it taken down — the form at the foot of this page goes to a person, and removal requests are actioned without asking you to justify them.
Your profile should answer the questions a school asks before making contact.
- Which families do you work with, and from which markets?
- Which destination countries do you support?
- Do you handle K-12, higher education, immigration or relocation?
- Which languages can your team support?
- What has a regulator confirmed, what did you tell us, and what still needs updating?
A school filtering for families from Vietnam sees the firms that record Vietnam. If your profile does not say it, you are not in that result — which is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
What you control
Available today
- Ask to be removed. No justification required, and we do not counter-offer.
- Correct anything we have wrong — markets, languages, services, contact details, licence number.
- Add public facts we missed, including the markets and family types you serve.
- See your own record — every profile shows its source and the date we last checked it.
Not built yet
- Signing in to manage your own listing is coming. Today corrections go through the form below and a person actions them.
- Choosing whether to be discoverable is coming. Until it exists, removal is the way to opt out, and it works now.
- There is no lead flow, no matching and no introductions. Schools find you by filtering; what happens next is between you and them.
Listed here rather than left out, because a partner who joins on a promise we have not built does not come back.
Where we draw the line
- We do not provide immigration or legal advice on a partner's behalf.
- We do not confirm commercial outcomes between schools and partners unless one party tells us.
- We do not promise leads, students or enrolments — there is no lead flow of any kind.
- Partners decide whether to accept contact from a school.
- Every licence detail on a profile shows its source and the date it was checked.
Schools pay for the network. Partners keep the relationship.
RecruitEarth takes no percentage of tuition, placement fees or referrals. A school pays a subscription to build and manage its own network; the platform never takes a cut of your work, and the relationship stays between you and the school. Charging partners would also end any claim we have to neutrality — a paying partner would expect prominence, and the directory would stop being worth reading.
Correct your listing, or ask us to remove it
This goes to a person, not a queue. Find your record in the directory first if you can — it helps us match your request — but you do not need to.
